That hurt. Fastest I've ran for a while. Still managed to be 3rd from last. Where are all the fat people in gorilla suits when you need them?
I wondered if it was my highest maximum HR, but I see I managed 198 at the Scottish night champs, I don't recall running that fast there, thought I spent more time getting lost.

To and from library via park in new Bikilas.
Half way between trainers and barefoot as comfortable over cobbles and tarmac with small stones on surface but I did notice I was running on my forefoot more. Heel tabs a bit high, may need to take scissors to them if my achilles start to get sore. They are well designed apart from heel tabs that are too high and too firm. I see the KSOs have a lower heeltab.
