Day 3 of the Scottish 6 Days. WRE. Best run of the week. Started well and was clean and running well. I think in the middle of the course I dropped my intensity without realising and lost some time as when Will caught me towards the end I was keeping up with his train as easily as you could expect (I.e. I didn't get dropped).
