Ruined my quads and feet with the downhill 5k yesterday. Been hobbling round the house today. Decided to go on some soft stuff and the best was the playing field at the bottom of the road so many laps of that was the route. Dull and legs still feel very sore after.

Nice new 5k PB! Admittedly the route was essentially all downhill but all the same this counts right? Still sad to not get the sub 15. Pretty strong headwind though ;) Slightly ruined my left foot creating a pretty massive blister on the outside. Should be fine to run on though... hopefully.
