Compass training on the meadows. I decided to stop at each point and take an accurate bearing to the next one. Seemed to work well and most of the time was only out by one tree. Really good exercise.

Sprint course with a focus on route choice. Johnny's idea was to at each control shout left or right and then the person behind would have to go a different way. Worked well most of the time I think. Got lucky on the first control when everyone except me and Ewan went left and found a closed gate that wasn't on the map. Got a gap and held it just except to JC.
