6 x 4 min [1 min] around the bog so pretty uneven and in places wet surface. Could have been a lot worse though. Also there's a damn ditch that you have to clear half way round that I can't quite make it all the way over without losing my stride #LittleLegsProblems. Distances (MpK's) were 1.19 (3:22), 1.11 (3:36), 1.09 (3:40), 1.08 (3:42), 1.09 (3:40), 1.06 (3:46). Not really all that consistent really ah well. Got a bit of a stitch on the last effort which could explain that one a bit. Got insta-dropped by Tim/Sasha/Dan but ran with Raptor for a couple after he turned up a little late which was nice.

Down back up to the saddle and over the Dragonback where I attempted a cheeky segment and took it by a solid 5 seconds. Felt like death at the end of that.

Beautiful longish run on the seat with Tim, Raptor, Alex, Conor and Georgie. Up Purko's Arete and then checked out the MFD descent. Sub 2 definitely on but I doubt it will go much below. Depends entirely on how much you want to risk breaking your neck. Anyway reverse APO and then crags before a bit of the meadows to make it up to an hour. Beaut day.

SSS with Tim and Ali. Pretty enjoyable to be back in Ed. Felt good on the short jog to the gym.

Relay. Not a great run again but not bothered. No-one else in the team had good runs and we were fairly well down. Fair few errors even in the urban bit despite now being a sprint specialist ;) Had absolutely nothing left at the finish and crawled up the run in so slowly, never been so close to walking a run in.
