Feeling better. Still a tickle in my lungs whenever I breathe in deeply but giving running a go soon. The amount of coughing has reduced as well and nothing is coming up anymore either which is always nice.
Running43:47 [3] 8.13 km (5:23 / km) shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212s
Started out on the long run and then midway up the relatively easy climb that is the crags, admittedly going into a ridiculous headwind, I actually had to walk. I was struggling for breath so badly it was scary. So sacked it in and jogged home. Dunno what to do tomorrow as I really want to do the orienteering but I feel like I should be trying to rest and get rid of whatever illness it is I have.

Jogged down to the killing fields intending to do the session. On my way down realised my breathing and coughing was too bad to realistically do a high intensity session so I just jogged back with Will. Going slowly into a headwind and a slight uphill while talking was enough to make me struggle for breath. Going to take it easy to try and get rid of it.
