Think I would have felt better under normal circumstances. Not-so-cheeky miles around the castle and Calton Hill with Tim, Will, Sasha and Andre

Up by myself as nature called too late. Feel a little bit better but still no where near good.

Orienteering 15:00 [3] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212s

Blackford. Got to 3 before I slid down a 10 metre cliff uncontrollably, savaging my hand and getting me cold, muddy and wet as it ended in a river. Gave up and walked back thinking I'd be ripe for a lot of abuse. Turns out I wasn't the only one to quit as the course just got worse from 3 on. Don't think I'll be coming back too soon.

Hobbled to KB. Legs have felt so sore all day. Think I need a roller/to do some stretching.
