Course concentrating on keeping straight on a compass. Nav fairly decent just slow and tired.

Note

Sat out the afternoon. So tired so had an hour long nap instead.

Early moring run down the lake.

shoes: New Balance trainers

Easy run around the lake outside the club hut with Will, Dan and Fran. Will managed to get us lost and so some terrain running ensued. Dip in the lake after. Gorgeous.

Orienteering 33:20 [3] 5.34 km (6:15 / km)

SYO local event at Redmires. Didn't really race it and still made a few mistakes by not checking my compass. Oops.
