JK Day 2, Ulpha Park. Miss-punched. Pissed off. Not a good run anyway but I was winning at 2 which we all know was the best bit of the course. Doing well until 7 until I stopped 5 metres short of 8 and decided to run off down the hill. Stupid, stupid me. Lost my head on 9 and then MP'd on 10 after overshooting and correcting too far backwards, panicking and punching the first flag I found. 11 I was off as a result of being in the wrong place. Rest of the course ok, just tiring on the hills. Josh Dudley caught and dropped me despite me catching and dropping him yesterday. I think I'm just shit in terrain.

Note

Have actually managed to bruise my foot playing tennis. Small lump on the side has come out and was painful when having pressure applied (I.e. in a shoe). Should be ok tomorrow. Should.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)

Run out to Osprey Close and back.

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)

1 mile [60s]. 300m [300m], 200m [60s] x3. Missed out the last mile effort. Awful headwind for half the loop. Mile time was 5:30 although its pretty irrelevant considering the wind and then the significant climb as well.
