Orienteering 1:14:30 [3] 7.4 km (10:04 / km)

Brown course around canklow. Possibly the worst run I've had in a while. Took 13 minutes to 3 which was essentially an orange standard leg down a path. No motivation after this and so was pretty slow for the rest, and not concentrating at all. Lots of mistakes that I won't go into. Miles down on anyone I would have liked to compete with

15s turnabouts with 15 secs rest between. 10 minutes so managed 20 sets

Running club with college. Up to new college and back down again. Such a Boring route

Run out to the loop

Intervals / hills 20:00 [5] 4.5 km (4:27 / km)

400m, 800m, 300m. About 100m cool down between each and about 500m after the 300m. X3 sets of this. The incline made it a bit tougher
