Orienteering 1:03:38 [4] 7.6 km (8:22 / km)

Newmillardam. Ran brown. Not my best run ever. Lost 3 mins on 3. Bit of a bingo control and got to the right block of forest and not finding it :L 4 ran the wrong way out of 3 ending up miles to far right. +1 min. 10 got stuck in the green stuff. +30 secs. 13 was an awful control. Ditch seemed in the wrong place on the map. Anyway got to the right place then couldn't find it. Me and loads of old men wondered around abit till one saw it. +3.30. 18 was too far right. + 30 secs. 19 honestly don't know what happend. Ran miles the wrong way, crossed big path that was going a different way to the one I thought I was crossing. Got to the wrong block of forest and didn't know where I was. Relocated eventually. +3.30. Then just cruised back. Overall lost 12 mins possibly towards 15. Long way down on aiden who did 46. Jake, simon, Adam, dean, Paul and Neil all beat me -_-

Orienteering 13:00 [3] 2.2 km (5:55 / km)

YHOA relay thing to finish. Last leg. Didn't know who was in my team as Nev told whoever to go when someone came in. I went 2nd on last leg behind Jake with Adam and aiden behind. Lost Jake at 2/3. Turns out he started to walk. Cruised the rest coming back 1 min ahead of aiden. Won an icecream :D

Went for a boss of a run after I got back home!! Only got in at like 7 :) took a nice scenic route to halifax from home. Ran back same way :) felt good :) good prep for next weekend :D

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

YHoA training in harden moor. 2 exercises in the two technical parts (quarry's).

1st one put out a control, ran the course in reverse and then raced Lucy Haines on 2 of them, me using map memory her not.

2nd one put out a control and just ran the course. Harder this bit and managed to get well lost for a good few minutes :L

None of the family wanted to do the aire o-lite after so went home
