Orienteering race 1:27:47 [3] 6.5 km (13:30 / km)
Cairngorms race. Did shocking with losing 10 mins on no.4 and was caught by Adam potter was with him abit until 7 where he lost some time. Then caught by Alex mccan and adam again later on and just slowed right down and died :/ lost 5 on 13 and lost another 5 on 18 just by being slow. Rubbish
