Warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

usual 2km route round honley

Running 12:12 [4] 2.0 mi (6:06 / mi)

2 mile tempo run from the road up to the second zebra crossing and back

Intervals / hills 10:00 [5] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)

3 x 500m intervals with about 150m worth of steady jogging between

Warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

warm down back to the club hut and back to the car again

harriers 2 x 2000m. massive hill that was half the route made it alot tougher than it sounds

Warm up/down warm up/down 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

20 mins warm up, just running to the loop and then two loops, about 3km.

20 mins warm down, out of Honley up to Oldfield and down through Smithy Place, about 3km.

Orienteering race 1:07:05 [4] 7.2 km (9:19 / km)

Maccy forest short brown
ended up 2nd 13 seconds behind nathan
bit dissapointed considering i was leading by 30 seconds at the 2nd last control with only like 200m left to go and i just took a slighly dodgy route out of the control which lead me to go round a path instead of straight and so lost that half a minute lead.
Also lost like 4 minutes on 6 where i found a wall and thought it was the wall just past the control when it was the one just infront of it.
Beat dad somehow so thats a plus i guess

Intervals with H.H (Holmfirth Harriers). 400m, 800m, 300m sets. Did 3 sets of these. no idea how long any of them took as i dont have a suitable enough watch.

Warm up/down 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Running there (Dad thinks we were in Netherton) and then running back. roughly 15 minutes each way

Digley, very slow, very windy. Just happy I went out under no pressure from anyone else

Btw, fantastic orienteering in scotland on loch vaa and inshriach last w/e but that was before i have officially started posting so shall not comment too much. just saying it was far better than any rubbishy forest of dean event... why would you want to qualify for that anyway..
