went to the doctors about my neck thing as it's worse today and my ears and throat hurt when i swallow. now on a week course of antibiotics and no running for a few days, lucky me... :(

i don't normally put pe down as i'm not doing dofe or gcse and so we just muck about doing benchball etc, but we did s+c today and it actually felt like i worked hard: 100 crunches, 60 l crossover crunches 60 r crossover crunches 30 l stretch crunches 30 r stretch crunches 100 l leg lifts 100 r leg lifts
short sesh cause alex felt ill. didn't feel that energetic myself tbh, glutes tight and my gland/lump/thing in my neck is swollen and aching, think i'll see a doctor about it as i have no clue what it could be :/
