Stand 10k skate. Felt pretty strong and smooth skating. Legs are still a little weak, time to start cranking out the intervals

Lester uphill running time trial. Felt really good on the uphills but ankle was in a lot of pain on the downhills so I had to gold back a bit. pretty bummed because I was feeling so good and should have had a better race.
