E.Wetlands, w/ a very time-constrained rlshadow...took different trails that seemed hillier than normal route.
(can't download my Garmin as the computer is all bolluxed up)

slept:6.5 weight:118lbs shoes: Brooks adrenaline

Ran the 1st 2 miles at a fairly fast pace (for me), then took a min. to walk (included in the posted pace), then ran kind of fast until I started walking and picking nice long grass to bring back for my son's bunny (which is 'on loan' to me) .

running (very long ,very slow) 3:56:42 [0] 18.0 mi (13:09 / mi) +1015ft 12:29 / mi
slept:6.5 weight:118lbs shoes: Oboz Ignition trail

Partly on roads, partly on trails with about 25 minutes of wasted time trying to escape the Gosnell Big Woods swamp that seems to be getting bigger, not smaller...beavers? No lodge that I could see. I knew that swamp was there b/c rlshadow and I encountered it a couple of weeks ago and had a quick chat with some people on the other side who said from their side, it was easier to find your way through by log hopping so that was the way I approached it today. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my compass and couldn't find the trail when I got past the swamp..Looking at my GPS tracks, it looks like I drifted too far north and ended up coming out at Lake Rd. All the other trails were fine and dandy....I'll feel fine and dandy in a couple of days :)
