On the Seat with Tam after a solid day of graft. Very enjoyable, could have spent far longer out there.

KF reps with Tam and Stan: 8, 6, 4, 2mins [90secs], followed by 4 strides.
Stunning morning and session wasn't too mentally challenging. Felt ok, but would be nice to get some actual speed at some point.

Easy with Bash n Scran on Braids and Mortonhall. Sneaky tactics from Bash to squeeze out some more miles, but another beaut day and decent chat so what's not to love.

On the Seat with Bash n Tam. Another beaut evening, although ice skates would have helped in a few places.

Out to the Pentlands with Tam and Bash. Rather splendid day, with a layer of snow and some cool cloud wizardry going on. Took the climb at a steady effort - think I'll count that as a session.

Dissertation due in two weeks so I'm going to try and avoid spending too much time running. Almost wrote 'training' but I don't think I've done any proper training for a long time, which is a shame because I'd like to do well at Carnethy next week. Oh well, life goes on.
