Very steep, loads of holly and bogs. I blame my planning. Nearly trod on a sleeping fox. Took 2 mins to find & exctricate C's shoe from under 6 inches of bog.

Fartlek - Hard on the many hills/ramps and easier than normal between. Was meant to fit in a couple of TT efforts. Good short session.
Nearly turned back as overdressed. Later very glad I didn't, when a heavy 10 min windy shower appeared from a blue sky

Stoke Park - shuttle runs with walks & stretching between. Got better towards the end. Ride beforehand helped to stretch hamstrings.
