Lovely MTB ride with C to Leith Hill (cafe) and back via Holmbury Hill mainly on new tracks.
Found alpacha crying in pain & reported it to Chilworth Manor. It was back on its feet again after 10mins.
Rode clipless and narrowly missed hip when falling sideways (wrong crank) onto rocky ground- awaiting bruise on fleshly area over pelvis.

Poor technically.
1 & 2 - 2.30 straight into gorse & should have played safer.
9. -2.00 complex hill, didn't take time to understand map.
On postive side, tight legs felt fine after warmup, despite only 3 day rest, so twice weekly runs are possible going forwards.
