SW Epping HAVOC - Green
Left hamstring went on the way to 4, classic gunshot pain. Never injured it before.
Ironic given I wasn't going until calf nerve calmed down in time to get to event.
Forgot glasses again and didn't stretch hamstrings which is part of standard wu.
5.26 for 0.71k to control 3, including crawling under holly and stopping to MR re: glasses. A shade over 7min/k when target was 9- bittersweet to say the least!
30s up on Sher who finished 6mins clear, and over 70s ahead of 3rd at 3.

Adequate, but forgot to stretch hamstrings, which have been pushed hard in pool running. Whether it would have made the difference is not the point.
Need a written list until glasses and stretching etc. becomes second nature again.

Used belt and breathing was more natural. Hamstrings struggling again and cut session short.
