To Park & Ride in the dark. Noticed bike felt harsh on gloveless hands. Hopefully due to deep rims rather than frame, second time out bike. Cleats release worked well this time!
25m pool - shoulder still feels strained. Felt very easy for first 5 mins then fell apart.

Alternating with swimming. Trying active recovery for calf. Hamstrings feeling tight, which is not surprising as too much cycling unbalances quad/hamstring relative strengths. Yet another reason to aqua jog which works hamstrings.
