4hrs gardening. Probably better for me than two sessions at the none-existent gym.

Top of achilles & calf sore on Friday and not nerve related.

Orienteering 31:03 [3] 3.2 km (9:42 / km) +30m 9:16 / km

BAOC - The Slab Bordon Short Green 18 controls - Ran, not v fast, close to threshold.
11 - 2.15, took track obscured under number, should have taken back bearing off knoll in the open to be certain where I was, and doubled the lost time. 12 - 20s. Otherwise clean, 6x(5-10s) of hesitation or not seeing control. So 3.30 lost in all. Big help having a compass. Pleased with run, which made the one error more annoying.

Send-Ripley longer loop. Time adjusted for "slow" cars. Cycling yes! Been 6 mths. Or 9 mths since I was cycling fit. Slow at first. Calf fine on the ride and hopefully it will continue that way.
