Note

Hip joint recovery is going well and should be fine for one or two hour plus rides this w/e, except L quad has a mild strain which only becomes noticeable after riding. A new type of injury for me.

Left quad feeling sore the following morning. Not sure why, could be latent bruising, giving additional support to hip or not being used to rehab exercises, maybe all 3!
