Only 8 mins of running this week, but plenty of fast walking.

Lido - some drills, fists, sculling and catch up and 100s (2.06). Keep seeing the same guy at the weekend and found and why. He typically swims 6 to 7k each session, despite a slow, short swinging stroke, spending up to 2.5 hours in the pool.

Lido - wetsuit. 100wu, 3.47 - 200m (huge PB prev did 4.13 during reps), 4 x 100 av 1.50 (incl 1.47) Previous bests were 1.55 av and 1.51 single in 2015.

Medium term target has been to go under 8.00 for 400m in ws, which should be doable right now. Buoyancy shorts have definitely helped concentration on arms whilst still requiring some kicking.

Lido - stretched at home and again at the pool as back wasn't great first thing. More crowded this morning but still had a lane to myself.
