Holmbury Hill - SN 50th Anniversary Event
On the same course and map from 50 years ago! Used the backup colour map to get to 1 then the rest on the 1:25,000, included a control at The Spot Height that was a random spot 200m from the nearest track. An enjoyable walk, did most of the B and some of the A course. Definitely a challenging sport back in 1965, when pace counting for 300m and mental remapping the area as you went round were basic skills.

Have started some nerve flossing exercises recently as I suspect main problem is a nerve entrapped in scar tissue, definitely helping.
