Finally plucked up the courage to go swimming, can't think of a better way to realign everything and start tightening everything up and and made sure it was a 25m pool. 200 wu, 2 x 100 around 2.27 and 100 wd. Sore just inside both hips. Too many hours hunched forwards at the desk!
