Swimming 35:00 [3] 1.3 km (26:55 / km)

Pheonix 25m - Good coach, helpful advice - using pb and rotation, legs, legs, legs, happy with arms.

Going to change to 2 tri club sessions per week, not sure about continuing prepaid lido sessions.

Swimming 30:00 [3] 1.3 km (23:05 / km)

Lido - 300 wu, 2 x 150, 200 - 4.15 too fast, 400 in 8.50 (200 - 4.23) 100wd
Need to breath out more forcefully, not just evenly. A bit easier getting going today, but took longer to fully relax breathing.

Shoulder tightness starting to wear off from Wednesday, need to be careful as feels different to the doms throughout August and September and don't want shoulder issues.

Swimming 50:00 [3] 1.9 km (26:19 / km)

Pheonix SSP 50m - Joined the local tri club until the end of the year. 25 mins of open water practice. Then 50 mins of drills, stopped 10 mins before end due to discomfort in shoulders and loosing form. Good fun and felt comfortable sharing a lane with 8 others of similar ability. Need to kick a lot more!

Swimming 28:00 [3] 1.1 km (25:27 / km)

SSP 25m - 200wu, 3 x 100 around 2.10, then 2 sets of 4 x 50 with 25s rest. 200wd. Concentrating on pull, breathing and legs. Started too fast, hence 50s. Ended up as more of a pull/legs intervals session. Need to work on a steady kick, noticed the difference when it worked.
