Lido (wetsuit) - carried on thinking about hands and finally have the strength to bring arms overhead making pulling easier and faster. 4 x 100m av 2.08, huge 11s better than Tuesday and 17s (12%) quicker than 3 weeks ago. 1 x 200m - 4.41, a big pb improvement in a 50m pool.
Whatever the experts say, some basic strength and reasonable flexibility is required to attempt a reasonable technique.
