Sports Park 50m O pool. No buoyancy aids today and a reality check, softened by the amazing pool that allowed 6 different activities.

same as yesterday, calf mildly imflammed. Like the trainer, can see myself using it.

Lido - 50s and finished with a 100. Relaxed for the first 200 and the whole session went better. Making some progress at last. Wetsuit is a great help!

Collected ebay bought Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer and spun at 40 revs through the gears on road bike. Great kit, just need to persuade N it should stay in the spare room until I'm ready for the real world of biking.

Lido - 50s. Concentrated on catch and pull, went far better when I relaxed and pulled through deeply.

Forgot physio appt in morning and couldn't face going later in the day for no cancellation fee.

Need a consistent lowish level routine.
