Indoor - 50s with pb. Bit rushed and brief as found Sports Park pool was closed. Current aim is little and often.

Lido in wetsuit. Did 10m with pullbuoy and realised I could swim just using arms without it. Not too bad all things considered and calf seems OK too.

2 x 3 mile pan flat loop at Send. 1st lap av HR 110 around 12.8pmh , 2nd 120 around 13.5mph. Left leg clipped in normal cleat shoe, right in trainer doing as little as possible. Found it difficult to only raise leg apply no more than gravity downwards at times - tiny hills, wind, odd car and higher cadence.
