Shadowing N orienteering at GO event Stoke Park, bit of shuffling.
Proud Dad - N had leading time and threw up afterwards!!

10 mins US. Calf recovery seems to have become stuck again so hoping it can be jump started with twice daily ultrasound and gentle massage.

Neck/shoulder went again in the night. Seemed 80% last night, but got in late from ride home so perhaps I need a couple of hours to stretch/unwind before bedtime.
