Ride with C, first time out on "new" TT bike, was only just able to swing leg over bike when bought, it fits! Still setup for previous owner, needs a service, so different, stiffer and harsher ride, but more comfy on aeros and feels quick.

Took morning off, walking with children. So far no issues after yesterday. Always dangerous to start an O course with the best of intentions to take it easy when injured!

Hankley Common - BAOC/SLOW - 5.1k 100m, actual 5.7k and 107m. No time lost and no compass. Walked at a decent pace and sauntered down the smoother hills. So good to get out and switch off. Met Iain Rochford worth the trip alone. HR stayed below 132 for 20 mins, then av around 140 as it got heathery and I realised I was keeping up with the "runners" on the same course. For once I could feel where the major injury is, definitely a large tear, but unsure what of. No worse 2 hrs later, than when walking.
Decided to take an ultra conservative approach two weeks ago (last option left), hence only the most basic exercises, if any, plus walking. Gradually feeling the benefit of "active" rest. Work/family balance currently only allows around 0-30 mins a day at the moment, so fitness is way down the priority list.
