It took 3 months up to Xmas to delibrately put on 3 lbs for the winter and just 10 days of as little exercise as possible to add two more!

99% certain sacral joint is causing problems, better get myself a decent floor mat as the last one was ripped to bits by the dog.

Saw physio who has an ideal sports injury and NHS background, seem to have four areas of pain she thought I might have Gilmore's Groin (declined to test!) which tends to come on gradually and should sort itself out with rest, right side of pelvis is locked (not that unusual for me), had very gentle massage and ultrasound. Given a very simple exercise for the next week.
