PP(25) - crowded 25m pool. It seems the more crowded. the quicker I go. Bobbing up & down at times, suggesting I'm pulling downwards at the start of the catch/pull. Other than that feeling the water better than recently.

Stretched immediately before swim and had impingement in right shoulder after 1st length, stretched again and it went away, but returned an hour after swimming. Think it's better to stretch half an hour beforehand, letting everything settle back naturally.
Been massaging a small nodule like lump for the last 2-3 weeks, that has been pressing on a nerve. The lump burst spontaneously during the day, no sign of it left.
PP(25) - 25m pool, initially crowded and varying speeds in the lane, thinned out later and mostly at the same speed. Had a good rhythm and balance, lost it for a 100, and was 10s slower. At times it felt as though I had a full wetsuit. Not sure what I'm doing apart from reaching further and breathing later, but its beginning to work. Average around 2.00.
SSP - 100wu, 4 x 100 av 2.06. 5s quicker than last week, last one 2.10. Tried to forget about technique and naturally kicking more. Did 100s and 50s afterwards to increase volume.
