Waking up controls for CSC.
Nobody about (well, a few scouts); dry and cool - lovely.

Orienteering race 1:12:33 [4] 10.88 km (6:40 / km) +194m 6:07 / km
shoes: Integrator March 2016

By helping, managed to secure a n/c run on the Brown. Got a full printout, but then had to be purged from the results :D
First starter so still a largely empty forest, but very heavy rain when starting and for the first section :/
Leaked time on a few routes, felt a bit tired from checking and no-one around to race so would hope to have been capable of 5mins or so quicker had I been actually racing - not too shabby.

Piano Concerto No. 3
Symphony No. 5

Badminton 45:00 [4]
shoes: Carlton Airblade

Away Match vs Castleford A playing with Jordan

Bit of a trek to get there!
They had two competent pairs and an average one.
We were, however, pretty average ourselves. Broke spare racket string too :(
Lost to the 1st and 2nd 2-0, won 3rd 2-0.

Alex / Ryan got 3, Sean / Louis 1 = 5-4 victory.

Running 33:46 [4] 5.53 km (6:06 / km) +299m 4:48 / km
shoes: Karrimor D30

Up Bennachie (Mither Tap) from Rowantree (as a couple of weeks ago, but moving a little more quickly on this occasion).
Sub 20 to the top and sub 30 overall would be a good target (but would probably hurt me at least).
