Workout 5/4/3/2/1 on with 2 off. tried for 5k pace for 5-4-3-2 then hard for 1 (mile pace 6:02-6:06?) Aragorn ran behind or beside me for appreciated company. Feel fairly good about how this went and will try to repeat it a few more times over the coming weeks.
