SMT

Out with the Trav, NP, Sudden, Trix and partial tag ons from Turbo, the Grets and Hammer sour le bicyclet. They got to watch what happens when Bender bends ...sucking wind out the gate this morning and as Coach Sudden pulverized us with a wicked terrain running I reduced to soft cone, squishy white chocolate that was likely left to melt into a puddle under a beam of sunshine. But as is my pigheaded way I stuck it out and suffered with the appropriate amount of whinging. Worth it for the post run visit to Domestique.

An Aussie who shall remain nameless made proclamation of not being "one of those people" that pads their training by not stopping and starting their watch with minor pitstops. Interestingly said Aussie seems to have more training logged than me for the same SMT ...hmmm; although I actually didn't start my watch until it gain satellite location several minutes into the run. I don't worry about the totals too stringently as I figure it will all average out over the course of a year ...maybe "+" or "-" 10km.
