Took Superfly out for a run along the Bruce, before heading to train with the gang down at Chedoke.

North Loop: 10:43
South Loop: 22:56

Took Superfly George out for a romp in the deep snow. A little sticky, but the nice weather made up for it.

Out with theSudden and Snipes. Interval pyramid (~3min loop w 4min allowed) 1,2,3,2,1 @ Chedoke. Focused on going hard throughout the entire triple interval.

Gentle trail run with "Superfly-George" on fireroads. A mix of snowcovered double and single tract; very icy out there.

Last THOMASS of the year. Duca only caught me on the last leg and we sprinted for the line (mass start). Felt really good, one of the errors I blame on a mapping error and the other no excuse, simply lost focus. Finished 2nd by less than 5sec.
