Quick weekend trip to Omaha. Planned to run when I got there, but it was snowing/raining and windy. I wish I had a gym membership. The hotel had a treadmill, but I must honestly say I would rather clean out a cut with turpentine. I also planned to stop at a park on the way home for a run, but that never semms to work out.
Lilydale loop including Ohio St. and Ramsey Hill.
Rode with my friend Dave and would have been a 4 intensity, but I have neglected some needed repairs and ended up basically riding a single speed for much of the ride. Did some on the road work and got a couple of extra gears, but still slowed us down.
Had a sighting of a strange group on mountain bikes with binoculars, mumbling something about hunting gnomes.

OTNT at Lake Elmo. Fun activity of random drawing of letters on the permanent course. Only mistake was on one control I missed a trail that I wanted and went a different way. May not have been any slower, but it was not what I had planned.
One thing I worked on--and messed up on--was using the trail runs to plan the next leg, so I would know exactly what I was doing next when I got to the control.
