With Antonia, my knee hurt like a cunt after coming down Crimcar - like the old injury of two years ago. At least my heel wasn't too bad today. Had enough of shitey inconstant training lately but if its not one injury its the another right now.

Heel was alright this morning so ran again. Shin and calf seizing up as I’ve been carrying my foot funny to protect my heel, will roll etc.

X-Trainer 1:41:11 [3]

24.2km on X-trainer, heel should be good to run tomorrow if I tape it all up.

Monday Jan 8 #

Note
(injured)

Turns out the spiking left a bigger gash than I first thought.. been hobbling all over the place past few days. Long old walk around Malham today though without too much difficulty so may try jog with it all taped up tomorrow.
