Plod around Seaton Parkrun as my mum wanted to have a go! Shape was still alright at XC last weekend but the second week of no running has taken its toll, felt proper fucked throughout. ~ 300m on the shingle took it out of me as well, would defo be a sub 17 effort otherwise but still not comparable to my 3000m PB in Norway. Still shouldn’t be too long to get back on it now if I keep up this Stretching and rolling!
