Warmup and cooldown with Paula and Annie. When we were driving over saw a guy riding a bike with some major butt crack showing. Paula would have missed it, but "luckily" I pointed it out to her.

400s at Philomath High School (half lap jog in-between). Did the first 5 normally. The last 5 I ran orienteering style with higher knees and shorter steps. Could feel a difference in how the legs felt when I was done.
Skied to the skateboard loop and back to work. Some idiot dumped a bunch of gravel on the bike path at the tunnel. Of course this happens to be at the bottom of a hill, so someone coming from the other direction won't see it until it is too late.

Had some mistakes, turned my ankle, dropped my map on a slip, and had to take off my shoe to adjust my orthotic. Mostly I was just slow.
