Race at TickNock 2 Laps sunny day 26PRs lapping equal at 45.40" rode Carrie and felt strong. Some PRs up and down! NEW FTP 153 better by 2.7% than five years ago. Previous best on TickNock Loop in Jan 22 was 55' so 46' is a 13% improvement! 27th/75 in Baggy shorts
