5x5x20:40s Power session NP206 avge 176w max power 428w TE 2.2 cad 68 rpm IF 0.51 TSS42.1 Cad 49:51 PB NP and AP better by 10% NEW MAX P 428w just! Much better than last session after GT7 in May by 15%!

Compare April 22nd NP187 avge 160w New max power 426w TE 2.7 cad 75rpm IF 0.470 TSS42.1 Cad 50:50 Good power session after rest! NEW Max P Much improved MP and AP but similar NP to last year. Did it at higher cadence than normal.
