FTP test NEWPB AP 235 NP 236 bpm MP292 148 159 orb Good effort after 3 days I lviv and mons hill session. 47:53 80rpm TE2.4 IF 1.1. UP 7% on 14/04/17 and ahead but ahead of 16/17 at this stage. Bit of a cold. 9% better than March 18 NEW PB 236w for 10'
