Some of this was easy running. Some was hard as I forgot my backpack to had to carry water in my hand.

We were playing the other team at the bottom of the bracket. This was a chance for us to win another match. We won our first match earlier this season. We got off to a slow start and lost the first game but came back and won the next two. Yea. I played well on offense but only ok on defense. We actually have a shot of making the playoffs this year.

First day back at work. I was still effects of the boat motion and was tired at work but had to stay late. It was so warm when I got home that I had to go for a short run outside. Just ran up to 175 and back.

Final day on the boat. Another 4 miles on the treadmill.

Walk with Darcy around the neighborhood. I was going to go for a run but am still feeling the after affects of the cruise (despite having slept for 12 hours).

The leaning tree finally fell and now blocks the path back of the yard where I dump debris (leaves, sweet gum balls...). spent a few minutes starting to cut it up which is always hard work. Using this as exercise for volleyball spiking.

Raked a few of the gum balls up. I did this in the area along the driveway before the cruise and now it is like I never did. I am always raking.
