Rt 175 + 2 park grass park loops. It was warm out so it was nice run. My right hip starting hurting again.

Decided to do a few minutes of chopping trees after my run since it was so nice out. Cut down a smaller one that had fallen in the woods and then did a little bit more on the large tree that I had previously cut but was still leaning upright against the other trees.

then walked a 1.5 miles at 15 min pace, then jogged last 0.5 mile at 10min pace
