I pulled my left calf on the way to number 1. I could still run, sort of but it hurt. I couldn't hop well across all the rocks and there were lots of rock.
Later on the way to control 5 I strained my right hamstring. This mad it hard to go up hill.
Fortunately the course was largely down hill and rocky (so slow for everyone else). I was fairly clean so although I could only hobble I wasn't to far back. Wyatt passed me with 2 controls to go and beat by a minute in that section (about 400m) in just running speed.

Gwen Adams (sister) came to my game to watch us lose again. We got beat pretty bad. My heel was hurting. I need new shoes.
