First match of the season.

I hurt my back in the first game. Strained a lower right back muscle. I continued to play. I played well and was a blocking machine. We still lost all three games but there were close. For my team, that was good start to the season.

I wanted to get an early start so I could be back and watch the ravens play.
I didn't get there as early as I wanted so missed the first bus. I had to ride the second bus with lots of people standing (me included).

Course wise, I was fairly clean but not very fast. I forgot my heart monitor but felt it was very high while moving. I tried to keep moving but had to walk a lot of up hills.
There was a lot micro orienteering to avoid new downfall and still keep on direction.
My only mistake was after punching control #15 (126), I got confused as control 16 was 115. I wasn't sure if I had mistakenly puched 15 or 16 so went back to check the code again.. Leaving control 16, I started heading to control 14 so lost so time there.
Control 8 was a big of a dog leg. I pulled up a reentrant short when I saw someone else also looking for the control.
