I wasn't very fast but I did try to keep moving. I was low on several control and had to climb up to get them. No real mistakes.

Orienteering (relay leg 3) 21:27 [3] 3.0 km (7:09 / km)

I was on the team with Glen P and Arron Linvale. We were a 3 point team which started 14 minutes behind the 9 pt team and 7 minutes behind the 6 point. I figured there was no way we could win but we might move up enough to get into the top 10.
Glen our lead off leg made some errors so we didn't make up any group. Arron did well. By the time I got it, I didn't see anyone on the course. I didn't pass anyone and wasn't passed by anyone. I was slow to the first leg as I didn't expect the 1:5,000 map. Everything didn't look right so I was going slow to make sure I knew where I was. After that I adjusted and tried to keep moving. I was tired.
The final team scores were never published so I don't know how we did.

My treadmill is a lot harder than the one in Kansas City. I think my 2% incline is different than other peoples "#2" incline.
